Lost + Found
Lost + Found became an idea from the growing homeless population in the surrounding states around me. I always wondered if there was a solution to this problem or a way to decrease the numbers. After doing some research I gathered that not only is the homeless affected, but taxpayers pay an average of $40,000 a year per homeless person due to hospital visits. Hospitals are required to accept anyone in need regardless of their status or insurance situation. This means the homeless population is getting healthcare but can’t afford it so it’s up to the tax payers to pay their bill. I found these numbers alarming and decided to make a proposal to have organizations built that could give jobs, free education, and free healthcare to the homeless community to help this problem. This organization would be called “Lost + Found”. Within the creation of this organization I created a brand identity, branded items that the organization would use at their facilities, as well as a wiro proposal booklet that could be handed out to explain the vision of the organization.
